At the Song Life AI Content Hub, my team is dedicated to Merck’s KEYTRUDA – Lung Oncology business. We support both HCP and HCC audiences, working within the client’s Agile model.
Within a team of 22, I lead the art function, managing four designers and one art director, while collaborating closely with copywriters, account leads, editorial reviewers, project managers, and other cross-functional partners.
Starting my pharma career in Oncology wasn’t easy. My team was initially designed to focus on derivative content, but thanks to our close partnership with clients and the quality of the work we delivered, we quickly began taking on net-new creative and strategic projects. Most of this new wave of work is still in progress, but it represents an exciting evolution of our role.
A lot of social videos. Most of them were created with AI tools.
Please note that the videos were edited to spare you from 8 min of SSI scroll.
Luckily not all of them have SSI and can have audio.

Sometimes we get the chance to create physical pieces as well.
Some pieces, like info sites and kinetic emails, aren’t very glamorous. In fact, they look a bit like a toddler’s to-do list when it’s time to go to bed! But the truth is, these are often the most challenging and time-consuming projects to work on. So even though they may not be the prettiest, I’m proud of every one of them.
